Rooms from £25.00 per person per night (based on 2 sharing). Longer stay rates available for 3 nights or more.
Single rate - £30.00 - £35.00
All rooms are en-suite.
Breakfast is included in these prices.
Payment by £ sterling, or cheque
Check in time between 4 and 7, or at other times by arrangement.
Rooms to be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure.
Booking conditions
A deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit by cheque payable to ‘Birch Cottage’. Any booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival at no cost to yourself - we will refund any deposit paid. But the deposit will be non-refundable should you fail to arrive, or cancel at less than 48 hours notice.
